Procurement management specialist

Procurement Management Professionals are responsible for the overall coordination and management of the enterprise procurement process. The core responsibilities implementing systematic procurement management to achieve efficient, compliant, and cost-optimized procurement of enterprise materials and services, ensuring the stable operation of the supply chain.

 

Main Job Respons

 

- Procurement System Establishment: Develop enterprise procurement management systems, processes, and standards, clarify the responsibilities of each link (such as demand approval, supplier, contract management, etc.), and ensure orderly procurement activities.

- Procurement Plan Management: In combination with the production and operation needs of the enterprise formulate annual and quarterly procurement plans, balance inventory levels and procurement costs, and avoid over-procurement or supply shortages.

- Supplier Lifecycle Management: Establish supplier, evaluation, grading, and elimination mechanisms, regularly review supplier qualifications, performance capabilities, and cooperation performance, maintain high-quality supplier resources, and optimize supply chain structure.

-curement Execution Supervision: Coordinate the execution of procurement projects, supervise the implementation of procurement methods such as bidding, inquiry, and negotiation, review the terms of contracts, and ensure compliance with enterprise interests and compliance requirements.

- Cost and Risk Control: Analyze the composition of procurement costs, reduce costs through centralized procurement and strategic negotiations identify supply chain risks (such as price fluctuations, supply disruptions), formulate emergency plans, and ensure supply stability.

- Team and Data Management: Manage the procurement team improve team professional capabilities; through the statistics and analysis of procurement data, optimize procurement strategies, and provide support for enterprise decision-making.

 

Required Skills and Qualities

 

 Possess systematic procurement management knowledge, familiar with supply chain management, contract law, and industry procurement characteristics.

- Have a strong sense of strategic thinking and cost awareness, and be to plan procurement work from the overall interests of the enterprise.

- Have excellent leadership and team management capabilities, and be good at coordinating with internal departments (such as production,) and external supplier relationships.

- Work rigorously, with strong principles, and be able to effectively control compliance risks in the procurement process, while having the flexibility to deal with issues.
