Property Manager

- Customer relationship maintenance: Communicate with owners or users, handle complaints and demands, owners' meetings, coordinate neighborhood relations, and enhance satisfaction.

- Emergency handling: Respond to emergencies (such as equipment failure, natural disasters, safety incidents, etc.), formulate emergency plans and organize their implementation to reduce losses.

- Compliance management: Comply with relevant laws and regulations on property management, formulate property management systems, cooperate with government departments inspections, and ensure that management activities are legal and compliant.

 

Required abilities and qualities:

 

- Possess professional knowledge of property management, be familiar with the operation skills as property facilities maintenance and safety management, and understand relevant laws and regulations (such as the "Property Management Regulations").
