Human Resources Legal Affairs Officer

Human Resources Legal Officer is a professional who integrates knowledge of human resources management and labor laws and regulations, mainly responsible for legal affairs in the process of corporate human resources management, ensuring legal compliance in employment, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of both enterprises and employees.

 

Main Job Responsibilities

 

- Compliance Management: Based on labor laws and regulations (such as the Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, etc.), formulate and improve corporate human resources management systems ( as recruitment, labor contracts, compensation and benefits, attendance, rewards and punishments, etc.) to ensure legal compliance of the systems.

- Contract Management: Responsible for full-process management of labor contracts, including drafting, signing, renewal, alteration, and termination, and review related agreements (such as non-disclosure agreements, non-etition agreements, etc.) to avoid legal risks.

- Dispute Resolution: Assist in handling labor disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation related affairs, collect evidence prepare legal documents, and reduce the impact of disputes on the enterprise.

- Legal Consultation and Training: Provide legal consultation related to human resources within the enterprise, answer questions employment; carry out legal knowledge training, and enhance the legal awareness of the HR team and employees.

- Policy Tracking: Pay attention to the updates of labor laws and regulations and policies, adjust corporate human resources management strategies in time to ensure that the enterprise's operations comply with the latest regulations.

 

Required Skills and Qualities:

 

- Poss a solid foundation of labor legal knowledge, be familiar with the human resources management process, and understand relevant judicial interpretations and judicial practices.

- Have strong risk identification and prevention capabilities, be able to discover potential legal risks in the human resources management process and propose solutions.

- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills, and be able to effectively the interests of all parties when handling disputes and negotiations.

- Clear logic, meticulous and careful, with strong writing skills, and the ability to accurately draft and review legal documents

Human Resources Legal Officers can work in various enterprises' human resources departments, labor legal affairs consulting companies, law firms (labor law direction) etc. With the accumulation of experience, they can be promoted to Human Resources Legal Supervisor, Human Resources Director (focusing on legal affairs), or become full-time labor, corporate legal advisers, etc.
