Main Work Content

- Evaluation System Construction: Design a targeted evaluation index system according to the type of convention (such as commercial exhibitions, academic forums, public welfare activities, etc.) and its goals (such as brand promotion, transaction volume, industry influence, etc.), covering dimensions such as participation, economic benefits, social benefits, and customer satisfaction.

- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data throughout the convention process through questionnaire surveys, on-site observations, exhibitor/audience interviews, back-end data capture (such as registration volume, traffic, interaction data, etc.), and third-party data monitoring.
