Career planners are professional consultants and guides who support individuals in clarifying their career direction, planning development path, and solving career confusion, thus achieving a match between career goals and personal values. Core Work Content

 

- Career Assessment and Analysis: Use professional assessment tools (such as personality assessment, ability assessment, career interest assessment, etc.) combined with the individuals educational background, work experience, and skill advantages to analyze their career fit direction.
