Posture and Figure Training Instructors are professional coaches who, based on human mechanics, exercise science, and, help individuals improve their body posture, shape beautiful figures, and enhance their limb expressiveness and overall temperament through professional training and guidance. Their core value lies in achieving the correction "form" and the enhancement of "demeanor" through scientific training, thus contributing to a dual improvement in personal image and confidence.

 

Core Work Content

 

- Post Assessment and Customized Plan: Through observation and measurement (such as symmetry of posture, muscle strength, and range of motion of joints), diagnose common problems (such as rounded, uneven shoulders, anterior pelvic tilt, and uneven leg types, etc.), and customize personalized training plans for different groups of people (such as office workers, moms, models).

- Basic Posture Correction Training: Carry out targeted training for poor posture, such as stretching and relaxing tense muscles (e.g., relaxing pal muscles for those with rounded shoulders), strengthening weak muscle groups (e.g., training back muscles for those with a hunched back), and improving basic postures as standing, sitting, and walking.

- Figure Shaping and Line Optimization: Combine strength training (such as core muscle group training), flexibility training (such as stretching and poses), and local shaping (such as waist and abdomen, buttocks and leg training) to help adjust body proportions and shape tight and symmetrical figure lines.

-ance on Improving Deportment and Temperament: Teach limb expression skills, such as elegant hand gestures, standing stability, walking rhythm, and the coordination of eye, expression and limb movements, to enhance overall charisma and affinity (such as professional deportment in business occasions and elegant posture in social occasions).

- Long-term Habitivation and Follow-up: Guide daily behavior habits (such as correct office sitting posture, shoe selection), provide dietary and routine recommendations (such as nutritional matching in conjunction with training, and some provide phased follow-up services to ensure the consolidation of training results.

1. 2. Practical Teaching Ability: Be able to clearly demonstrate the essentials of movements, guide through verbal orders, and assist with manual corrections (such as adjusting the of the student's shoulders and back) to help correct wrong movements, avoiding injuries caused by improper training; be good at adjusting the teaching pace according to the student's acceptance

 

3. Observation and Diagnostic Ability: Quickly identify the core posture problems of students (such as rounded shoulders, but actually it is a backward protrusion the thoracic spine), accurately judge the root cause of the problem (such as muscle imbalance, habitual problems), and avoid "blind training".

 

. Communication and Empathy Ability: Understand the students' anxiety about their figure (such as postpartum body image insecurity, workplace image concerns), establish trust through encouraging, and clearly convey training expectations, avoiding over-commitment.

 

5. Aesthetic and Trend Perception: Combine with the general trend of aesthetics (such as naturallyrical lines rather than excessive pursuit of thinness), balance practicality and aesthetics, and also pay attention to new training methods in the industry (such as functional training, pilates with figure), to enhance teaching professionalism.
