The China headquarters of the American Certification Association has now identified "Axi (Hainan) International Human Resources Management Co., Ltd." as a counterfeit and imitation of our association's name. They use their own domain name: http://www.acic.vip/ to provide false services to the society under the guise of the American Certification Institute (abbreviated as ACl), adding "Center" at the end of our association's name and maliciously using our brand and the affiliated center department ACIC. They operate in an illegal manner in the market, confusing the public. Now, our company has publicly disclosed their malicious behavior and informed that institutions that were unaware of the truth should stop cooperating with them as soon as possible. They have infringed upon our company's rights and have caused damage. For the victims, please promptly report to the relevant authorities and file complaints. For those with significant losses, take legal action to bring the suspects to justice. Our company's lawyers have made an announcement and will file legal proceedings against both Hainan Axi and its illegal authorized institutions after collecting all evidence. Please quickly distance yourself from them to avoid damage to your reputation and economic interests caused by litigation. 

Now our company has publicly announced the counterfeit manufacturing units of this product: 

In 2018, the state of Colorado in the United States revoked the authorization qualifications of the infringing institution, the American Certification Institute Center (ACIC). However, as of November 15, 2021, Aixi (Hainan) International Human Resources Management Co., Ltd. continued to illegally recruit students under the guise of the Colorado-based ACIC for three years, and established the company for illegal operations on November 27, 2019.

Figure 2: The qualifications displayed publicly by the illegal organization on its website are expired ones from before 2019. The website address is: http://www.acic.vip/danye.php?id=3&pid=1. The qualifications listed on the webpage are all illegal.

Figure 3: After querying the industrial and commercial system, it was found that Aixi (Hainan) International was established in 2019, while the Colorado ACIC qualification was dissolved in 2018. This means that Aixi (Hainan) International has been operating illegally in the market for at least three years, relying solely on fake brands, fake authorizations, fake seals, and fake certificates.

2. The certificate is a complete imitation of the certificate issued by the ACI (American Certification Institute). It was directly printed with the brand name of the American Certification Institute on the certificate, which constitutes an illegal act.

3. Copying the brand logo, certificate border patterns and text layout of the American Certification Association

4. The counterfeit seals used include a gold seal with the abbreviation "CO" for Colorado and the full name "COLORADO" from Colorado, all of which are fake.

5. The logo violates the usage of the American flag. According to trademark laws, no logo is allowed to use the national flag as its design element.

6. Counterfeit certificates are poorly made, pieced together haphazardly, with missing colors, darkened areas, unclear text, distorted patterns, fake seals, all gathered together. Genuine certificates are beautifully designed, clearly printed, elegant and stylish, and can be easily distinguished even by the naked eye.

This is to declare: The American Certification Institute (ACI) strictly prohibits any organization from maliciously using the name of this association to deceive and misrepresent. Any unauthorized promotion is strictly prohibited. The American Certification Institute Center is a subordinate department of our company. Except for the headquarters of ACI in China, no individual or department is allowed to use it. Our company does not recognize or authorize any unit to engage in the agency of related business. For institutions that conduct related training business without the authorization of our company, please remove the corresponding products as soon as possible. Otherwise, they will bear the legal consequences of infringement.
