ACIC International Certification Center - Announcement and Public Notice Regarding Fees

If the trainees have an agency relationship with the agency, the agency is responsible for handling all pre-sale and post-sale matters related to the trainees. 

If the student certificate is lost, a fee for reissuance must be paid. 

3. If the certificates cannot be cross-checked or the certifications from different states cannot be cross-checked, a verification fee needs to be paid for public announcement. 4. The period for which a student can request a refund without any reason is 12 hours. During this period, a 100% refund can be applied for. If the period exceeds 12 hours but is less than 5 days, 25% of the remaining refund will be deducted. If the period exceeds 5 days or if the course has been started and the certification process has been initiated, no refund will be given. 

If the content and form of communication conflict with this content, then this content shall prevail.
