A chartered certified public valuer (CCPV) is a professional who has obtained a professional qualification certificate for chartered certified public val through a national unified examination and has been registered to engage in asset appraisal business, mainly providing professional services for the valuation of various types of assets.

 

Main work content:

- Conduct value assessments of various assets such as fixed assets, intangible assets, equity, and real estate of an enterprise.

- Participate in asset appraisal business economic activities such as enterprise restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, equity transfer, mortgage financing, and bankruptcy liquidation.

- Collect and analyze the required data for appraisal, apply appraisal methods (such as market approach, income approach, cost approach, etc.), and issue professional asset appraisal reports.

 

Professional qualification requirements:

 

 Must pass the national unified professional qualification examination for chartered certified public valuer, which includes the following subjects: "Fundamentals of Asset Appraisal," "Related of Asset Appraisal," "Practical Asset Appraisal (I)," and "Practical Asset Appraisal (II)."

- After obtaining certificate, it is necessary to register according to the regulations before engaging in asset appraisal business.

- Mainly employed in asset appraisal institutions accounting firms, law firms, financial institutions (such as banks, securities companies), and asset management departments of various enterprises and institutions.
