Main job responsibilities:
- International transportation planning and management: Select appropriate international transportation methods ( sea, air, land, or multimodal transport) based on cargo characteristics, timing requirements, and budget. Cooperate with international freight forwarders or shipping companies to arrange for booking loading, and transport tracking.
- Cross-border customs clearance and compliance operations: Familiarize yourself with the customs regulations, tariff policies, and inspection and quarantine requirements the importing and exporting countries. Prepare documents such as customs declarations, commercial invoices, and packing lists. Assist in completing customs clearance and inspection processes to ensure the smooth of goods and avoid delays or fines due to non-compliance.
- International warehousing and distribution coordination: Coordinate the warehousing management of goods in transit ports the destination country. Arrange for unloading, sorting, and short-distance distribution. Cooperate with overseas warehouses or end customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Risk control and problem handling: Identify risks in international logistics (such as exchange rate fluctuations, transportation delays, and political policy changes) and develop response plans. Handle abnormal situations during (such as cargo loss, damage, or customs detaining) and coordinate with multiple parties to solve problems.
- International supply chain coordination: Cooperate with domestic and foreign suppliers buyers, customers, etc. Coordinate the information transmission and connection of various logistics nodes and optimize cross-border supply chain processes to reduce overall logistics costs.
Required skills and:
