Corporate Information Manager

Information Management Officer is a professional manager responsible for the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of enterprise information systems and the and utilization of information resources. The core responsibility is to improve operational efficiency, support decision-making, and promote digital transformation of the enterprise through effective management of information resources and rational of information technology.

 

Main work content

 

- Information system planning and construction: According to the enterprise development strategy, plan the information system architecture (such as ERP, CRM OA, etc.), organize system selection, development or implementation, and ensure that the system meets business needs.

- Information system operation and maintenance: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the information system, including fault diagnosis, data backup and recovery, system upgrade, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the system; formulate the information system specifications and security strategies.

- Data management and analysis: Integrate internal and external data resources of the enterprise, establish a data management system, ensure data accuracy and security; decision support for business departments through data analysis.

- Information technology and business integration: Coordinate the information technology department and the business department, promote the integration of information technology and business, solve cross-departmental information system problems, and improve business efficiency.

- Information project management: Responsible for the establishment, planning, execution and monitoring of information projects control project costs, progress and quality, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.

 

Required abilities and qualities

 

- Solid knowledge of information technology (such as database network technology, system development, etc.), familiar with the functions and applications of mainstream information systems.

- Strong strategic thinking and planning ability, able to formulate reasonable information strategy on the enterprise business.

- Good communication and coordination ability and project management ability, able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration and the implementation of information projects.
