Tourism Business Management Specialist

A tourism business management specialist is a professional talent who works in the tourism industry, engaged in business operations, management, and expansion. They focus on coordinating planning, resource integration, and efficient management of commercial activities in tourism enterprises to enhance operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

 

Main job responsibilities:

- Tourism product development and optimization: Design and optimize tourism routes, holiday packages, etc., based on market demand and industry trends, balancing product attractiveness and commercial benefits.

 Business cooperation and negotiation: Establish cooperative relationships with upstream and downstream partners such as hotels, transportation, and scenic spots, negotiate contracts, and match resources to ensure the stability of the product supply chain.

- Market promotion and marketing: Develop market promotion strategies for tourism products, and carry out publicity through online and offline channels (such as tourism platforms, social, exhibitions, etc.) to attract customers and increase sales.

- Customer relationship management: Maintain customer relationships, handle customer inquiries and complaints, improve customer satisfaction and repurchase; analyze customer demand data to provide a basis for product and service optimization.

- Operation management and cost control: Coordinate the implementation of tourism activities, coordinate the links of food accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment; monitor operating costs, allocate resources reasonably, and improve the profitability of the enterprise.

 

Required abilities and qualities:
