Tourism Hotel Manager is a professional responsible for the operation and management of tourism hotels, ensuring service quality and customer experience. This covers various aspects such as daily operations, team management, service optimization, etc.

 

Main Job Responsibilities:

 

- Operation Management: Oversee the daily operations of hotel such as the front desk, guestrooms, food and beverage, and recreation, establish service standards and processes, and ensure efficient coordination in all aspects.

- Customer Service: Handle complaints and special requests to enhance customer satisfaction; pay attention to market feedback, optimize service details, and maintain the hotel's reputation.

- Team Management: Recruit and staff, formulate performance evaluation systems, and motivate team members; coordinate interdepartmental relations to create a collaborative atmosphere.

- Marketing and Revenue Management: Analyze market trends and groups to develop marketing strategies; adjust room rates and launch packages according to peak and off-peak seasons to maximize revenue.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensure hotel fire safety, meet standards, comply with industry regulations and local policies, and prevent operational risks.

 

Required Skills and Qualities:

 

- Professional Knowledge: Familiar with tourism hotel industry norms service processes, basic knowledge of marketing and financial management.

- Management Ability: Possess team leadership, resource coordination, and problem-solving skills, and be able to handle emergencies in operations.

- Service Awareness: Focus on customers, keenly capture guest needs, and provide personalized services.

- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers employees, and partners, and coordinate multiple interests.

- Stress Resistance: Adapt to the rotating shifts and busy holiday work rhythms of the hotel industry, and withstand high work pressure
