Nannies are professionals who provide life care, health care, early education, and behavior guidance for infants aged 0-3, on scientific care for infant growth and assisting parents in solving parenting problems.

 

Core Service Content

 

- Life Care: Responsible for infant feeding (breast milk/ milk supplement, preparation of complementary food), sleep care, clothing cleaning, and sanitation cleaning, cultivating regular sleep habits.

 

- Health Management: Monitor infant growth and indicators (height, weight), identify common health problems (such as early symptoms of colds, diarrhea), assist in vaccination, appointment for health checks, and perform daily caresuch as bathing, caressing, oral cleaning).

 

- Early Education: Through games, picture books, music, etc., carry out language, cognitive, motor ( motor, fine motor), and social ability training to promote infant intelligence and potential development.

 

Key Professional Requirements

 

1. Essential Qualifications: Must hold a nanny qualification certificate (divided into junior, intermediate, and senior levels) and a health certificate, and some also need to master infant first aid skills (such as choking milk,ocation treatment).

 

2. Core Competencies: Familiar with the growth and development laws of infants aged 0-3, patient, meticulous, and responsible, to quickly respond to infant crying, sudden situations, and at the same time have basic early education guidance capabilities.

 

3. Communication and Collaboration: Need to communicate with parents in timely manner about the infant's condition, synchronize parenting concepts, coordinate with family living habits to adjust care methods, and ensure that the parenting process is scientific and harmonious
