Main job duties:

- Est and improve the quality management system, such as developing quality manuals, procedure documents, etc., based on international standards like ISO.

- Conduct quality control throughout the entire process products or services, including raw material procurement, production/service process, and finished product inspection, to identify potential quality risks.

- Organize quality inspection and testing, analyze quality, write quality reports, and propose improvement suggestions.

- Handle customer quality complaints, coordinate with relevant departments to analyze the causes and rectify, and follow up on the rectification.

- Carry out quality training to improve employees' quality awareness and operational skills.

Required abilities and qualities:

- Possess a solid foundation of quality management, and be familiar with relevant quality standards, regulations, and tools (such as statistical process control, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.).

- Have good data skills, able to discover quality issues from data and find solutions.

- Possess strong communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities, capable of effectively coordinating various to promote quality work.
