Definition: A professional who integrates knowledge of tea, traditional Chinese medicine health theory, and modern health concepts, through scientific tea pairing and personalized tea therapy programs, helps people regulate their physical condition, prevent sub-health, or assist in improving specific health issues.

 

The core work rev around the health value of "tea," mainly including the following dimensions:

 

- Professional Knowledge of Tea: Accurately master the components, properties, effects, and population of different teas (such as green tea, black tea, Pu'er tea, herbal tea, etc.). For example, distinguish the clearing heat and refreshing of green from the warming stomach and warming the body of black tea.

- Customized Plan: According to the user's constitution (such as cold, heat, deficiency, and excess traditional Chinese medicine), health needs (such as improving insomnia, relieving fatigue, regulating the stomach and intestines) or life scenarios (such as office refreshing, home preservation), match exclusive tea prescriptions to avoid discomfort caused by blind tea drinking.
