A nutritionist is a professional who designs dietary plans and guides reasonable diets based on nutritional theory and the health needs of different groups of. The core is to improve health status and prevent nutrition-related diseases through dietary regulation.

 

Main services:

 

1. Nutritional assessment and needs analysis: Assess age, physique, health status (such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.), activity level, and dietary preferences of the service object through consultation and interpretation of physical examination data clarify personalized nutritional needs.

2. Dietary plan design and meal matching: In accordance with the principle of nutritional balance, develop a daily/weekly dietary plan that covers the matching quantity, and cooking suggestions of staple food, fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, and dairy products, etc., to adapt to different scenarios (daily family use, weight loss post-operative recovery, etc.).

3. Nutritional guidance and knowledge dissemination: Explain the nutritional components of ingredients, dietary misconceptions, and reasonable dietary habits track the effects of dietary implementation and adjust plans, and provide targeted dietary suggestions for special groups (such as pregnant women, the elderly, patients).

 

Core competency requirements:

 

- Hold relevant qualification certificates such as nutritionists and public nutritionists, and systematically master the basic theories of nutrition, food science, and culinary science.

- Have ability to analyze data and design plans, and be able to develop scientific and easy-to-execute meal plans according to different health goals (weight gain, sugar control, fitness,.).

- Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to clearly convey nutritional knowledge, and respect the dietary needs and cultural habits of the service object
