Community Service Administrator is a professional who coordinates daily community services, allocates resources, addresses residents' needs, and promotes community governance cultural construction. The core is "to connect resources to resolve residents' concerns, to build platforms to promote harmony, and to make community services more precise and considerate".

Core Service Content

 

- Overall Coordination of Resident Services: Receive resident demands (such as elderly care, childcare, and housekeeping needs), integrate resources within outside the community (such as connecting with social workers, volunteers, and nearby businesses), and provide convenient services (such as organizing free medical check-ups, legal consultations, home appliance repairs).

- Community Affairs Management: Responsible for the maintenance of public spaces in the community (such as activity rooms and green areas), coordinate the handling of disputes, property conflicts, implement policy propaganda (such as social security, medical insurance, anti-fraud knowledge), and assist in completing population registration, information statistics, and other.

- Community Cultural Construction: Plan and organize community activities (such as holiday parties, parent-child handicrafts, senior interest classes), cultivate community cultural teams (such as square dance teams, calligraphy clubs), and create a neighborhood-helping, positive community atmosphere.

 

Key Professional Requirements

 

1. Basic Competency Possess good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, be able to respond quickly to residents' needs, and coordinate with multiple parties (such as property management, street, volunteers) to promote the implementation of affairs.

2. Professional Knowledge: Understand community governance policies, public service knowledge, be familiar with the basic processes of elderly care, child, emergency management, etc., and some need to master basic psychological counseling, dispute mediation skills.

3. Professional Quality: Strong sense of responsibility and service consciousness, be able listen patiently to residents' opinions, be good at empathy, and have certain organizational planning abilities to ensure the orderly development of community activities
