Etiquette (protocol) consultant is a professional who specializes in various social etiquette norms, providing etiquette guidance, image shaping, event protocol services for individuals or organizations to help enhance social literacy and brand image. The core is "to convey respect with proper etiquette and to control details with professional service".

Core service content:

 

- Personal etiquette guidance: including business image building (dress, makeup, deportment), communication etiquette (handshake, conversation banquet etiquette), and behavior norm training for different occasions (interview, banquet, international socializing).

- Organizational protocol service: planning and executing the procedures for business meetings, award ceremonies, foreign affairs reception, etc., such as guiding guests, arranging seating, controlling on-site etiquette details, ensuring the activity is order and demonstrates style.

- Etiquette system construction: develop employee etiquette manuals for enterprises or institutions, carry out etiquette training, help teams to unify service images and improve customer satisfaction (such as hotels, aviation, high-end retail industries).

 

Key professional requirements:

 

1. Professional knowledge: skilled in domestic and foreigniquette cultural differences (such as Chinese and Western table manners, international business greeting etiquette), understand the etiquette standards of different industries.

2. Comprehensive quality: have observation, good communication skills, and adaptability, be able to flexibly adjust etiquette plans according to the scene, and keep elegant and decent behavior at the same time.
