Core Responsibilities

1. Personalized Training Program Development: By assessing clients' physical fitness levels (e.g., strength,, speed, flexibility, etc.), sports goals (e.g., muscle gain, fat loss, competitive performance improvement), and health conditions (e.g. old injuries, chronic diseases), design targeted training plans—for example, strengthening power training for sprinters and formulating a balanced strength-and-cardio combination program for general enthusiasts.

2. Training Guidance and Movement Correction: Demonstrate standard movements (such as squats, deadlifts, plank, etc.) on-site guide clients to master power techniques, and control the pace of exercise; correct incorrect movements in a timely manner to avoid injuries caused by improper posture.

3. Fitness Monitoring and Programment: Regularly track the training effects of clients (such as changes in weight, the extent of strength improvement), adjust training intensity, frequency, or content based on feedback— instance, when clients adapt to the current intensity, progress training by increasing the load, shortening rest time, etc.

4. Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Assistance:ate warm-up, stretching, and other phases to reduce the risk of sports injuries; design low-intensity functional training (such as joint stability training) for clients with minor injuries rehabilitative needs to assist in body recovery.

Key Skill Requirements

- Solid Professional Knowledge: Master the basic theories such as exercise anatomy, exercise physiology, andomechanics, understand the physical fitness characteristics of different age groups and health conditions; be familiar with the principles and application scenarios of various training methods (such as resistance training, aer training, functional training).

- Observation and Guidance Skills: Be able to quickly judge the problems in the client's movements (such as incorrect power application areas, imbalance), explain adjustment points in plain language; flexibly adjust the training pace according to the client's real-time reactions (such as fatigue level, pain signals).- Communication and Empathy Skills: Establish trust with clients, understand their confusion or resistance during training (such as difficulty in adherence, slow progress), and improve compliance through, goal decomposition, etc.; at the same time, respect individual differences and avoid "one-size-fits-all" training.
